As of 2011, we started the production of EPS Billet, Hollow Board and Hollow EPS Board at full capacity under the brand name of AS-THERM Dekor & Heat Insulation Systems in our factory, which is located in Diyarbakır Organized Industrial Zone on an open area of 4500m² and a closed area of 13000m².

It is equipped with the latest technology machines in line with the requirements of the era and works with a daily capacity of 1000 m² of blocks and 500 m² of injection molding.

Our factory produces with TS EN ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and TS EN ISO 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems quality certificates, ISO 9001 quality standards system, TSE 13163, TSE 13499, ETICS and CE Quality Standards certificates. In addition to responding to the needs with the best quality, it has become a sought-after brand in a short time by combining these quality standards with its expert staff.

The production quality is increasing day by day with the state-of-the-art test equipment used in our quality control laboratory established in our facility in order to ensure quality standards and to rise to the top in quality every day.

The products produced in our factory are fully automatically packed and labeled in CE standards.

In line with our environmental awareness policy, we ensure that the damage to the environment is prevented by recycling the packaging wastes, and we only ensure that they are recycled to the country's economy.

As-Therm family also has a very ambitious team in the sector with its 65 experienced employees, including 2 civil engineers, 1 mechanical engineer, 1 architect and 6 technicians.

As of 2015, our factory has started the production of Jamb and Exterior & Interior Wall cladding products, which is also a branch of thermal insulation systems, and serves by producing the best quality products with an annual product capacity of 15000m³.

Using the latest technology CNC and Router cutting machines in jamb production, coating and decor products suitable for all needs are produced with the designs determined by our expert architects and drawing team.

The product, whose process is completed in CNC and Router machines, is then made resistant to impacts and other external effects in drawing and spraying machines by using a special mortar mixed with calcite glue.

Polyurethane, which is a high-tech product in our factory, is produced with an injection machine as an alternative to Exterior and Interior decoration coating products made of EPS.

As-Therm has always attached great importance to R&D studies in order to catch up with the family age and meet the needs of the age. The production of products made of polyurethane has emerged as a result of these research and development studies.
